Setting up the FUTR LABO
We have set up the FUTR LABO as an organization to more powerfully promote initiatives for realizing the DX vision. We are aiming for the creation and implementation of innovative ideas, by valuing the creativity and individual initiative of each employee and positively supporting their realization.
In our ongoing challenge to create new value together, so far we have held five Hankyu Hanshin Properties Co-Creation Award events*, which aim to create new value for customers through co-creation and collaborations with start-up companies. We will apply the achievements and lessons learnt in this initiative, and further advance FUTR LABO to the next stage.

An AI Security System Developed by Asilla Inc., a Portfolio Company of a Corporate Venture Capital Fund, Has Been Deployed Across All Approximately 300 Security Cameras at Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens (Main Building).
